Apprenticeship GPS Ltd (Company No. 17293822) is the controller of personal data collected through this website. We are registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
We help employers, including SMEs, plan apprenticeships and run workplace readiness workshops.
What this notice covers
This notice explains how we collect and use personal data when you use our website, contact us, book a call, or take part in a consultation or workshop.
It does not cover other websites or social media platforms that we may link to. Those services have their own privacy notices.
What we collect
We collect information you give us, including:
Name
Email address
Company name
Title or role
Phone number
Message
Booking details, such as the date and time of a call or workshop place
We also collect limited technical data that your browser or device sends, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, where this is needed to run the site or where you have agreed to analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
We do not use this website to collect data from children, and we do not offer services to children.
Why we use your data
We use your data to:
Reply to enquiries and provide the service you asked for (contract, or steps you ask us to take before a contract)
Run consultations, bookings and workshops (contract)
Operate, secure and improve the website (legitimate interests)
Keep records we need for tax, accounting and legal claims (legal obligation or legitimate interests)
Send service messages about a booking or workshop you have requested (contract)
Send other updates only where you have asked for them or where the law allows (consent or legitimate interests)
We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share data with
We share data only where needed, with:
Website hosting and IT providers, so the site can run
Email and communications providers, so we can reply to you
Online booking and scheduling providers, so you can book a call or workshop
Professional advisers, such as accountants or lawyers, where required
Public authorities, if the law requires it
These providers act on our instructions where they process data for us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we still need it for a live matter.
We keep booking, contract and invoice records for up to 6 years after the end of the relevant tax year.
We keep workshop attendee lists for as long as needed to deliver the session and deal with follow up, then delete them unless the law requires a longer period.
International transfers
Some of our providers may store or access data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we use a lawful transfer mechanism, such as the UK’s adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
